Install Safepay on Shopify
Accept payments instantly with Safepay's plugin for Shopify.
In this guide we explain how businesses can install the Safepay plugin on their Shopify e-commerce store to enable customers to make secure purchases.
Pre-requisites
Before installing the Shopify plugin please make sure you have gone through our guide on how to setup your Safepay sandbox and live accounts. In short, you must have completed the following steps
- Created your Sandbox Account and know how to find your Account ID and Secret Key.
- Created your Production Account and know how to find your Account ID and Secret Key.
Installing the plugin
To install the Safepay plugin for your Shopify store, navigate to the Safepay Checkout Shopify app page and click Add app as shown in the image below.
After installing the app, you will be taken to a settings page wher you can configure the plugin by settings your API keys.
Add your Sandbox Account ID and Secret Key to the first and second input fields and your Production Account ID and Secret Key to the third and fourth input fields. Once done, click Continue to save your settings and go back to your Shopify Admin Dashboard.
