Refund transactions

These are the sets to refund specific transactions on the merchant dashboard for subscriptions.

1. Enter the merchant dashboard
2. Go to the subscriptions tab
3. Go to the subscriptions page
4. Locate the subscription you wish to amend from the data table containing all subscriptions associated to your account
5. Once you click on the subscription you wish to amend, scroll to the bottom of the table and locate the transaction you wish to reverse on the transactions table
6. Click on the row of the transaction you wish to amend, you will be directed to the transaction detail page
7. Within the transaction detail page you will locate a tracker link, located on the top righthand side of your screen
8. Click the tracker link, you will be directed to the Tracker page. Locate the refund button located on the top righthand side of the screen

This will initate a transaction in the transactions table instantaneously. Refunding the transaction for the customer
