Update a plan


Currently, the following fields are amendable after the plan has been created:

  1. Name
  2. Product ID
  3. Description
  4. Trial period
  5. Status (Active/Inactive)

However, please note that for existing subscriptions only the following fields will be amended:

  1. Name
  2. Product ID
  3. Description

The changes you make to the Trial period and Status will not impact any existing subscription as the trial period will have already elapsed for existing subscribers. Under the assumption that the trial period is amended while an exisiting subscription is in Trailing state. Since the transaction has been queued for the set date, it cannot be amended. Likewise, if you were to switch the status of the plan as inactive while you have active subscribers, their subscriptions will not be cancelled. However, new customers will not be able to subscribe to that plan.
